Devin is positively the best insurance agent I have ever met. Him and his entire office staff, Gabrielle in particular; showed genuine care for me; as they helped guide me into the Medicare process. I'm 55, due to disability,  I qualified for Medicare sooner than average citizens. They took the time to show me the best option for my needs. They went the extra mile in helping get my prescription drug coverage up & running as quickly as possible. I am forever grateful.

Gabrielle and Devin were the best.

My mom is currently working with two part time jobs and both jobs doesn't offer any type of insurance. One of her main job mentioned Your Health Idaho. The website is not hard to navigate but it's the process of picking on what is the best plan, cause there's a lot of options to pick from. So, I searched around for Brokers/Agents close to my area. And I called few places, some answers some don't. I tried to call this place and it was a busy line and I never left a voicemail but glad I got a call back.  Me and Gabrielle spoked for a little bit and we communicated mostly through email. I asked her a bunch of questions and inquiries and she is very nice and very patient with me. It was hard to find time calling back and forth. It is much easier to do email cause we both have the same hours and days of working. I think, I got busy for a week and Devin the agent called me and just to check about the case of me finding an insurance for my mom but I told him, I need to get a termination letter first from her first employer that she laid off to. It took 2 or 3 weeks before I even received t. We've set an appointment to meet and all my questions and concerns have been answered by Devin. I highly recommend Alisha Morris at Health Benefits of Boise for all of your health insurance needs! When my wife and I needed to review our options for health / medical insurance, we were overwhelmed by the many options and plans and fine print, and deductibles (and the list goes on)...

We met with Alisha, and she made very quick work out of helping us cut through all of those things I mentioned above, and enabled us to make informed decisions regarding which company to go with, and which plan. I was very impressed with Rachel's ability to explain the different choices that were available to me, concerning my health insurance going into retirement.
